These caraway seeds are often mistaken as substitute to cumin seeds. But these are completely different than cumin seeds in terms of flavours and taste.
Caraway seeds looks similar like cumin seeds but smaller in size. They have intense flavour. Used for tempering while making Pulav Biryanis, Chicken-Mutton dishes or any rich gravy flavoured vegetable. It is also used while making spice blends.
