Q 1: How should I store whole spices and spice blends?
Ans: Light, excess heat, moisture in air degrade the flavour, aroma of whole spice and spice blends.
Always purchase in small quantities, as per requirement. For maximum shelf life and better experience, we would recommend to store whole spices, herbs and spice powders in refrigerator, airtight containers and glass jars and place in dark cool area.
We suggest to refrigerate Dry Ginger, Coriander seeds, Aamchoor powder, Mace, Nutmeg, Poppy seeds, Big Cardamom. So it remain fresh. Also if Green Cardamom is stored in fridge, green colour will sustain for longer duration.
Spice blends like Tea masala, Chaat masala, Sambar masala, Pavbhaji masala, coriander seed powder should be stored in refrigerator for longer shelf life.
Q 2: How long do spices and blends last?
Expiry dates are mentioned on every pack. But beyond that too spices last. Spice don’t “go very bad” in the same sense as other foods. They do, however, lose their flavor over time. Whole spices can maintain their full flavor for several years in case stored in refrigerator. We recommend replacing ground spice powders and blends every year. The best test for spice freshness is simply smelling them. If they smell weak or have no aroma, they probably won’t have much flavor and should be replaced.
Q 3: Tell us about your packaging!
Ans: We use food grade quantity transparent or brown paper stand pouches for packaging. It has zipper lock. Sometimes we use packaging bags too instead of pouches. On customers’ demand we can share glass jar bottle packaging too, with additional charges as applicable.
Q 4: Are all the products exactly look like photographs available on website?
Ans: On website, we have photographs of the actual products available with us. We use photography accessories while capturing products. We try to have as much as natural light on product but as per camera, light quality products’ colour may slightly vary. You may leave a message on WhatsApp number 9890043675, asking us to have video call to check current available stock of any product before buying.
Q 5: Can the Shipping address of the order changed after placing online order?
Ans: Surely, you can change your order’s shipping address but before we’ve processed it easily by getting in touch on WhatsApp number 9890043675.
As per location Shipping charges may get change. That we will have to consider.
Q 6: Do you charge GST on product?
Ans: Yes! All product prices on website are inclusive of GST! On spices 5% GST is applicable. (CGST 2.5% and SGST 2.5%)
Q 7: How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
Ans: After receiving order at store, we aim to dispatch it on next day and theough courier partner’s network within 5-7 working days in most of the cities and 10-12 working days in outskirt areas, it get delivered. However, in case of unexpected circumstances, delivery might take longer than usual.
Q 8: What if we get tempered package?
Ans: Please do not accept a tampered or opened package. Report the concern by simply visiting our Return policy page. Or WhatsApp on 9890043675. We will immediately look into the matter and get back to you soon.
Q 9: Do you ship products abroad?
Ans: Currently, we don’t deliver the products internationally. You can make your purchase from anywhere across the world, but the delivery address should be of India.
Q 10: Do you have COD?
Ans: No, currently we so not have COD option.

Ans: Ohh Yes! At The Masala Bazaar store we offer some beautiful gift hamper options as per ocassion and requirements. We also cater corporate orders.

Ans: Yes we do. Please e-mail details.

Ans: Yes! Meanwhile we are available on Amazon and Mesho platform.
Q 15: Do you conduct CSR activities?
Ans: Yes. We support and encourage women empowerment. Through various free programs conducted online/ offline on women’s day, we provide platform for small- medium sized business owner women. You can participate or suggest someone in need. We would be more than happy to support good cause.
Q 16: Do you offer product for reselling?

Q 17: Do you offer best rates for bulk orders?
